Loran Shedd

Loran Shedd has a strong background in auditing and internal controls, with experience spanning over multiple industries. Loran began their career as an Associate Auditor at Clifton Gunderson LLP in 2007 and later joined Jim Click Automotive Team as an Internal Auditor in 2009. Loran then moved to Canyon Ranch, where they served as a Senior Internal Auditor and later as an Audit Services Supervisor from 2013 to 2019. Their most recent position was at Tucson Electric Power, where they held the role of Senior Auditor before being promoted to Lead Auditor in July 2021. Loran is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), making their a valuable asset in identifying and mitigating potential risks within organizations.

Loran Shedd holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting from Grand Canyon University, completed from 2004 to 2007. Additionally, Loran has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business and Public Administration from the University of Arizona, obtained from 1998 to 2001. Loran Shedd is also a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), obtained from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. in December 2014, and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), obtained in 2022.
