Terry oversees the skilled, highly trained crews committed to maintaining our safe, reliable service. Recognized as a collaborative and results-oriented leader with a strong strategic focus, Terry joined the company in 2008 as Manager of Corporate Safety. He was appointed to Senior Director of UNS Electric and Corporate Safety in 2012. Terry assumed leadership of TEP Field Operations and UniSource Energy Services in 2021, and was appointed to his current role in May 2022. He holds a master’s degree in business administration.
