Christine Fox has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. Christine started their career in 1987 with the United States Army, where they held various leadership roles, including Assistant Program Manager and Project Manager, overseeing multi-billion dollar contract projects. Christine then joined Tucson Embedded Systems, Inc. in 2007, where they served as the Government Solutions Division Chief, Director of PMO, Senior VP, and Chief Operating Officer. During their tenure, they tripled the company's annual revenue. In 2017, they joined The University of Arizona Applied Research Corporation as a Program Manager, where they facilitate government contracts for faculty researchers and assists in identifying qualified researchers for challenging research projects.

Christine Fox holds a Master's Degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California. Christine also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Technology from the University of Northern Iowa. Prior to their higher education, Christine attended Mar-Mac High School. In addition to their academic achievements, Christine has obtained professional certifications including the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in February 2017. Christine also holds a Level 2 Program Management Certification from the US Army.
