Gabby Hernandez is an experienced professional with a diverse background in member advocacy, recruitment, and customer service. Currently serving as Member Advocate II and Member Advocate III at Tucson Federal Credit Union since April 2018, Gabby previously worked as a Regional Recruiter at SterlingFreeman, CPA Recruitment, specializing in CPA firm placement and consulting from August 2017 to April 2018. Gabby’s earlier roles include District Manager in Small Business Services at ADP, Assistant Manager at Holiday Inn Express, and various customer service positions in the hospitality sector, including at T-Mobile and Best Western Hotels & Resorts. Gabby began a career in customs as a Customs Inspector at Aduana Mexico, gaining extensive training in merchandise importation and customs regulations. Gabby holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Business/Trade from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Bachelor's Degree in International Trade from Universidad Tecmilenio.
