Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Tudor Grange Academies Trust since March 2013, Steven has previously held multiple roles at Tudor Grange Academy Worcester, including Associate Principal, COO, and Executive Technical Director, where responsibilities encompassed both management and strategic planning related to student achievement, resources, and technology. Prior roles at Elgar Technology College and Firth Park Community Arts College included positions such as Assistant Headteacher and Teacher of Humanities, focusing on curriculum development, departmental management, and pastoral care. Steven holds a PGCE in Secondary Geography from The University of Sheffield and a BA (Hons) in Urban and Regional Geography from Sheffield Hallam University.
