Cindy Charles

Cindy Charles, RN has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in Epic Certified roles. Cindy started their career at Yale-New Haven Hospital as an Epic Certified Clin Doc Instructional Designer and Registered Nurse. Cindy then moved on to Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals as an Epic Certified Training Manager. Afterwards, they held positions at various healthcare organizations, including University Medical Center of Southern Nevada, Northeast Georgia Health System, OSF HealthCare, and Bryan Health, working as an Epic Certified Clin Doc Principal Trainer and Epic Provider Support. Cindy also worked at Erlanger Health System as an Epic Certified Clin Doc Registered Nurse in Revenue Integrity and Case Management. Most recently, they have been employed at OSF HealthCare as an Epic Certified Clin Doc Instructional Designer, focusing on MST rebuild and training development. Currently, they are working at Tufts Medicine as an Epic Certified RN Clin Doc Principal Trainer, responsible for creating detailed workbooks and conducting train-the-trainer programs.

Cindy Charles, RN attended HACC Community College from 2003 to 2007, where they earned their degree in Nursing and became a Registered Nurse.
