Dawn Batchelder is a highly experienced Physician Assistant with a diverse background in medical management across various specialties. Currently employed at Medi-Weightloss® since November 2023, Dawn focuses on obesity management through medications, nutrition, and exercise counseling. Additionally, Dawn has been with Tufts Medicine since November 2017, treating urgent care patients in multiple hospital-based centers, addressing a range of conditions including illnesses, fractures, and trauma. Dawn's previous roles include triaging patients via telemedicine during the COVID-19 pandemic for Nurse-1-1, and providing comprehensive family and urgent care at Chelmsford Family Practice. Prior experience encompasses positions at Beth Israel Lahey Health and MT Auburn Hospital, where Dawn managed patients in general internal medicine, neurosurgery, and cardiothoracic surgery. Dawn holds a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Colby College.
