Kyle Walker

Kyle Walker is an experienced professional in performance management and workforce development, currently serving as the Manager of Performance Management & Workforce Development and Talent & Performance Lead at Tufts Medicine since November 2017. At Tufts Medicine, responsibilities include designing and managing the corporate performance management platform, contributing to HR projects, leading the redesign of the new hire orientation process, supporting diversity initiatives, and overseeing recruitment marketing strategies.
