Tom Lane

Tom Lane is an experienced healthcare executive with a robust background in patient access and service management. Currently serving as the System Executive Director of Ambulatory Access at Tufts Medicine since August 2022, Tom previously held the role of Director of Access and Command Center at SolutionHealth, where responsibilities included developing an integrated access center to enhance patient opportunities across Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts. With significant experience at Sapphire Digital, Tom improved patient service operations, and at Massachusetts Eye and Ear, Tom managed multiple aspects of patient scheduling and access services. Educationally, Tom is a graduate of UMass Boston with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management and is a participant in the 2016 Emerging Leaders Program at UMass Boston.
