Greg Walters

Greg Walters is an accomplished facilities management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple institutions. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Facilities at Tufts University since December 2021, Walters has previously held positions such as Senior Director of Facilities Services and Director of Building Operations at the same institution. Prior to his tenure at Tufts, Walters was the Director of Facilities for the Town of Arlington, MA, and held the position of Associate Vice Chancellor for Campus Master Planning & Facilities Management at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Additional experience includes roles at Springfield College, The Loomis Chaffee School, Westar Energy, and the US Navy as a Nuclear Submarine Officer. Walters holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Union College.
