Richard Behlmer

Richard Behlmer is an experienced finance and human resources professional with a background in both operational and strategic roles. Currently serving as the Finance & Human Resource Manager at Tufts Veterinary Emergency Treatment and Specialties, Inc. since May 2018, Richard prepares comprehensive financial reports and year-end packages for auditing purposes. Prior to this, Richard held the position of Financial Controller at Apothecary Products LLC and Health Enterprises, Inc. from January 2004 to June 2017, overseeing various financial and HR responsibilities and notably becoming the company's first financial controller. Richard's career in finance began at Hanna Paper Recycling, Inc., where responsibilities included financial management and human resources for operations across multiple states. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from North Central College.
