Alice Mortaro

Alice Mortaro has a diverse work experience in the field of user experience (UX) and design. Alice is currently employed at TUI, where they hold the position of Product Management Team Lead and has been serving as a UX Manager since August 2021. Previously, at TUI, they worked as a UX Research & Service Design Lead from September 2020 to July 2021. Prior to joining TUI, Alice worked at Alkemy digital_enabler as a Service Designer & UX Architect Lead from January 2019 to September 2020. Before that, they served as a User Experience Architect at Softec from January 2018 to December 2018. Alice's experience also includes working as an Interaction and Visual Designer at Fonpit AG from October 2015 to December 2017, and as a freelancer, primarily focusing on user interface projects, from March 2015 to September 2015. Alice worked as a UX/UI Designer at Diplomero from September 2014 to February 2015 and as an Interaction Design Intern at Fjord from March 2014 to June 2014. Alice began their career with internships at FullSIX Italy in 2013 and Abitare and Naba Futurarium in 2010 and 2009, respectively. Throughout their career, Alice has worked on various design projects, ranging from mobile applications to online publisher platforms, and has gained experience in areas such as user research, service design, and product management.

Alice Mortaro obtained a diploma in graphic design and advertising from Carlo Anti in 2006. Alice then pursued a laurea triennale in industrial and interior design from N.A.B.A. from 2006 to 2009. In 2010, Alice Mortaro enrolled at Università Iuav di Venezia and earned a laurea specialistica in Interaction Design in 2012. As an erasmus student in 2011, they also studied Interaction Design, physical computing, digital animation, and 3D graphic at Istanbul Bilgi University. In 2021, Alice Mortaro obtained a certification in Data-Driven Decision-Making for Business Professionals from LinkedIn.
