Mana Tripathi

Mana Tripathi is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Senior Global Human Resources Business Partner at TUI since October 2021, and previously held the position of Global Human Resources Business Partner in the airline sector. Prior to TUI, Mana spent six years at gategroup in various roles including Bid Manager - Commercial and Human Resources Business Partner. Experience also includes a tenure at Airbus, where Mana worked as a Human Resources Advisor and participated in the HR Graduate Scheme for Airbus Defence and Space. Early career experience includes a role as Human Resource and Administration Officer at Bristol Laboratories and a summer internship at the United Nations. Mana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Hertfordshire.
