Neuza Gonçalves

Neuza Gonçalves is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as a Learning and Development Consultant for TUI Group since April 2014, with a focus on the West Med Region and Long Haul. Previous roles include International HR Advisor for TUI Destination Services, HR Generalist and Recruiter for The Body Shop, and various HR positions in organizations such as the US Embassy in East Timor and Tieto. Neuza's expertise encompasses HR lifecycle management, recruitment, training, and development, supported by a Master's degree in Human Resources, Labour and Organizational Psychology from the Faculty of Psychology & Sciences of Education of Lisbon, and a Business English certification from Ability Education in Sydney.
