Siobhan Ritchie

Siobhan Ritchie has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition. Siobhan is currently the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at TUI since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Network Rail where they held several roles including Head of Executive Resourcing, Senior Resourcing Business Partner, and Resourcing Specialist from 2012 to 2023. Before Network Rail, Siobhan worked as a Senior Consultant and Account Manager at McGinley Support Services Ltd. Siobhan also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Mane Contract Services and Morson International, and as a Recruitment Consultant at Hays Construction.

Siobhan Ritchie holds a BA Hons degree in English and History from Queen Mary University of London, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended Broomfield School Sixth Form from 2001 to 2003, where they focused on A Level subjects in English Literature, History, and French. Siobhan received their secondary education at Broomfield School from 1996 to 2001, specializing in English Literature and History.
