Veselina Vasileva

Veselina Vasileva has extensive experience in the tourism and hospitality industry, currently serving as an Operation Agent at TUI Russia & CIS since April 2012. Prior to this, Veselina worked at Onagruphotels & Resorts from June 2010 to March 2012, focusing on customer service in German, English, Russian, and Spanish while managing tourist complex administration and reservations. Additionally, Veselina was a Tour Operator Representative at TUI España from February 2008 to November 2009, where responsibilities included customer service in hotels, complaint handling, and excursion sales.
