Ed Daich-Williams

Ed Daich-Williams has a background in data analysis and management, with experience in developing insights for TUI Retail using Adobe Analytics and Tableau. As an Incentives Manager, they created rewarding schemes for the retail team and as an MI Analyst, they worked on data analysis within contact centres. Previously, they served as an Operations Assistant at Enterprise Insurance Company, leading projects related to information security and ISO preparation. Ed studied at the University of Glasgow from 1997 to 2001.
