Bryan Ware

Bryan Ware is an accomplished actuarial and financial services executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Co-Chairperson at Tuko Pamoja since February 2024, Bryan is dedicated to improving the lives of Kenyan children and women in need. From January 2017 to September 2025, Bryan held the position of Vice President at AmTrust Financial Services, Inc., and previously served as EVP & Chief Actuary at Employers Insurance Group from August 2012 to October 2016. Additional roles include Director at KPMG, Senior Vice President at CNA, and Director at Navigant Consulting, where Bryan contributed to significant projects and teams. Bryan's early career includes senior actuarial positions at American ReInsurance, Gerling Global International Reinsurance, Zurich Reinsurance, and Continental Insurance, demonstrating a strong background in pricing functions and strategic leadership within the insurance industry. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Wichita State University.
