Terrance Henderson

Terrance Henderson is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in consumer and business finance law. Currently serving as Managing Director and Chief Counsel at Charles Schwab since December 2021, Henderson leads legal support for lending and regulatory matters within the company's wealth management strategies. Henderson also mentors at the Green Wave Innovation Network at Tulane University, fostering entrepreneurship among students and community associates. Previously, Henderson held senior legal positions at Comerica Bank, managing legal functions across various banking lines, and practiced law as an associate at Jackson Walker LLP and Adams and Reese LLP.
