Wayne Cordova

Wayne Cordova currently serves as the Defensive Backs Coach at Lamar University since February 2020. In addition to this role, Wayne has been the Director of Player Personnel/External Operations at Tulane University since March 2014. Previous experience includes positions such as Safeties Coach and Special Teams Coordinator at Southern University and A&M College-Baton Rouge from February 2019 to February 2020, and Director of Football Operations and Buck Safety Coach at McNeese State University from March 2017 to February 2020. Wayne also held the title of Director of Football Operations/Recruiting Coordinator at Grambling State University for a brief period in late 2013. Wayne Cordova is an alumnus of McNeese State University, where a degree in Liberal Arts was obtained from 1996 to 1999.
