Joe Enea

Joe Enea is a resident of Visalia. He is retired after a career in law enforcement at the federal, state, and local levels. He holds a BA in Political Science and a Masters in Public Administration. He is an adjunct instructor at the College of the Sequoias and at West Hills College. Mr. Enea has served as foreman of the Tulare County Grand Jury. He volunteers with the Celebrant Singers, an international Christian music ministry.
