Lee Hough has a extensive work experience in various roles and companies. In 1995, they started their career as an Area Sales Manager at Hartmann & Braun, where they worked until 1997. Lee then joined Elsag Bailey as a System Sales Specialist until 1999. In 1999, they moved to ABB as a Product Manager - Scaleable Control Solutions until 2001.
