Tanya Zuchowicz

Tanya Zuchowicz, CHRP, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in employee success coordination, human resource representation, and payroll management. Currently serving as a Senior Employee Success Coordinator at Tulip since April 2022, Tanya oversees employee onboarding and offboarding, manages co-op recruitment, and maintains HR data in BambooHR. Prior to this, Tanya worked at Altima Dental Canada as a Human Resources Representative, responsible for employee contracts and onboarding processes across multiple provinces, and played a key role in implementing HR initiatives. Tanya's earlier positions include Payroll Coordinator and HR/Administrative Assistant at Imperial Capital Group Ltd., where responsibilities included payroll processing and candidate recruitment. With a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Ryerson University, Tanya brings a comprehensive skill set to the field of human resources.
