Jesse Guardiola

Jesse Guardiola, M.S. Ed., Currently serves as Vice President of Community Engagement & Government Relations at Tulsa Area United Way since August 2023. From January 2015 to August 2023, Jesse operated as Principal at Guardiola Consulting, focusing on expanding diverse revenue streams through Hispanic growth strategies for businesses and nonprofits. Jesse's extensive experience with the City of Tulsa spans over two decades, where roles included Workforce Development and Recruitment in Public Safety, serving as Minorities Workforce Development Specialist and Director of Hispanic Outreach. Additionally, Jesse was appointed Commissioner of the Hispanic Affairs Commission by the city mayor and held the position of Director of Hispanic Outreach for the Tulsa Police Department from August 2005 to September 2020, gaining recognition for excellence in community relations. Educational qualifications include a Master's of Science in Organizational Leadership from Oklahoma State University and various leadership certifications from prestigious institutions, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from New Mexico State University.
