Scott Buffington

Scott Buffington is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at Tulsa Health Department since December 2013, Scott develops organizational strategies and implements human resources initiatives encompassing talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance, among others. Prior to this position, Scott held roles at Alorica as Human Resource Generalist managing HR activities, at Vanguard Car Rental as Human Resource Specialist providing HR administration expertise, and at Hilti as Human Resource Coordinator. Scott holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Human Resource Management from Oral Roberts University. Additionally, Scott is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
