Anuj Gupta is the Co-Founder and Head of Brand and Digital at Tumbledry, where efforts focus on transforming unorganized laundry services into a professional e-commerce model, leading the marketing and brand divisions for India’s largest laundry brand with over 250 stores across more than 75 cities. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Manager at Lava International Limited, where Anuj directed a customer service transformation initiative and managed the transition of franchisee-owned service centers to company-owned centers. Anuj also held the role of Business Head for Refurbished Devices at Lava, establishing a sales network, and developed foundational skills in technology and customer service during tenure at Infosys. Anuj holds an MBA in Marketing from Great Lakes Institute of Management and a BTech in Computer Science from JSS Academy of Technical Education.

Tumbledry
An average urban household spends roughly 2 hours a week in doing laundry. Also, as per a report, laundry is a highly loathed household chore surpassed in antipathy only by cleaning toilet & washing dishes. Moreover, unlike developed countries, the penetration of professional laundry services in India is extremely low - as per research reports, the Indian laundry market is 96% unorganised. Laundry is a latent problem which had been begging for the right solution from a very long time. To solve this problem, Tumbledry is opening live laundry stores, providing world class services, within every 3km radius in urban India. Store operations are completely integrated with customer mobile app. We are already India's fastest growing laundry chain with 200+ stores across 75+ towns, and have been recognized among the "Top 10 Retail Start-Ups-2021" by CEO Insights. We plan to open 1000 stores in next 4 years. Our core team is a mix of IIT, IIM graduates & industry veterans with decades of experience.
