Oliver Graetsch has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Oliver currently holds the position of Managing Director and General Manager Switzerland at TUNAP GROUP, where they are responsible for the production and sales organization. Oliver also serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of TUNAP Group, overseeing operations and production activities across multiple locations. Prior to joining TUNAP GROUP, Oliver Graetsch worked at Novartis, holding various roles such as Managing Director & CFO and Head of Finance Pharmaceutical Operations Germany. Oliver also has experience in controlling, finance, and procurement at Schwabe Group and Bosch Rexroth, where they started their career with internships and working student positions.
Oliver Graetsch holds a Diplom-Kaufmann (MBA) degree in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim, which they obtained from 1993 to 2000. In addition, they have completed the Novartis Advance Program in Executive Leadership & Communication at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in 2013, and the Novartis Executive Program in Finance Excellence & Leadership at Harvard Business School in 2009. Oliver also has various certifications in areas such as lean management, negotiation, and leadership, obtained from institutions such as Lean Management Instituut, Lax Sebenius LLC, and Novartis. Finally, they have received a Certificate in International Accounting (CINA) from Steuer-Fachschule Dr. Endriss GmbH & Co.KG in 2007.
