Rebecca Listfield

Rebecca Listfield currently serves as Vice President of Business Development at Tune Therapeutics, having commenced this role in September 2023. Previously, from April 2013 to August 2023, Listfield held the position of Vice President of Business Development & Licensing at Mass General Brigham Innovation, where leadership of a 30-member team focused on partnering and out-licensing MGB's intellectual property portfolio was a central responsibility. This role involved overseeing the negotiation and execution of over 250 licensing agreements annually and implementing commercialization strategies for high-value assets derived from a substantial research enterprise. Earlier experience includes serving as Project Manager at Global Prior Art, where Listfield directed projects on intellectual property management for various clients. Listfield began a scholarly foundation as a NSF Graduate Research Fellow at Massachusetts General Hospital. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. from the Harvard-MIT Division of Health Sciences and Technology and a B.S. from Smith College in Engineering Science.
