Reinier Van Scherpenzeel

Reinier van Scherpenzeel has a diverse and extensive work experience. Reinier co-founded CFC The Crowd - We're Buying A Football Club Together in 2022. Prior to that, they served as the COO at Tunga, where they were responsible for matching talent with clients and scaling the organization. From 2018 to 2018, Reinier worked as the Managing Director at Incentro, focusing on overall performance and employee happiness. Before that, they held various roles at Incentro, including Agile Consultant, Manager, and Managing Consultant. Reinier also worked as a Project Manager at WPG Uitgevers, where they led IT projects and managed application issues. Reinier started their career as a Volunteer for Open Arms Malawi and Chimwemwe Umbrella Nkhata Bay. Reinier also held positions at WPG uitgevers B.V., De Keijzer Nipius & Co., Aero Groundservices B.V., AB-AZ Studentchauffeurs, and Koninklijke Ahold B.V.

Reinier van Scherpenzeel obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of Amsterdam in 2009. Reinier then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Philosophy at the same university from 2010 to 2012. Prior to their university education, they attended Stedelijk Gymnasium Leiden from 1998 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Reinier has obtained various certifications including Agile Coach from Agile Scrum Group in 2017, SAFe Agilist in 2015, PSM-1 in 2014, and IPMA-D in 2013.
