Jose Torgal

Jose Torgal is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources for EMEA at Tungsten Automation since July 2022. Previously, Torgal held various roles at Kofax from October 2006 to January 2024, including Director of Human Resources for EMEA, where responsibilities encompassed sourcing, recruiting, compensation, payroll, and labor law compliance across multiple regions. Prior to Kofax, Torgal was Managing Director at Fernandes Técnica, S.A., and served as Director for the Portuguese Golf Federation, overseeing the Amateur National Squad. Torgal started the career as Human Resources Director at Maxitel and possesses a degree in Systems Engineering.
