Constance Barry

Constance Barry, MSW, currently serves as the Senior Director of Social Services at the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, which honors the sacrifices of first responders and military personnel. Prior experience includes roles as Program Director for Rapid Rehousing at The Jericho Project, where responsibilities encompassed program management and compliance, and Assistance Director for Supportive Services, providing supervision and support to staff. Constance has also worked as a Waiver Service Provider at Cardinal McCloskey Services, a Case Manager for Scattered Site Supportive Housing at Volunteers of America, and held various positions at Leake and Watts Services, Inc., supervising intervention case management and planning for foster care. Educational credentials include a Master of Social Work from the Silberman School of Social Work and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Morgan State University.
