The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Director, Account Management. In this role, you will be responsible for leading client engagements, managing all client communications, developing effective strategies, and ensuring the successful delivery of data-driven solutions. You will work closely with internal teams to provide valuable client feedback, support sales initiatives, and contribute to the overall growth of the company. 

This role will report to our Vice President of Account Management and will be based in our Arlington, VA office.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead client engagements, overseeing all aspects of communication, strategy development, and data delivery
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and implementation of client projects
  • Partner with internal technical teams to tailor solutions and services to meet the specific needs of clients
  • Create customer account plans in collaboration with the rest of the account management team to ensure value realization
  • Provide constructive feedback to internal teams based on client interactions, contributing to continuous improvement
  • Support sales and other leadership initiatives within the company
  • Educate customers on new use cases, features, and integrations that create added value
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify and work on expansion opportunities

Requirements:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience working with and/or leading client work at an agency or market research firm
  • Previously worked in market research, with a focus on polling or audience modeling
  • Prior experience writing survey scripts and design research methodologies 
  • Have previously led large-scale strategic initiatives for clients
  • Technology adept, particularly proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent project management skills, organizational skills and high attention to accuracy
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Able to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with data applications such as Alteryx, SPSS, or SQL preferred
  • Knowledge or experience in media buying a plus
