Regina N. has an extensive work experience starting from 2000. Regina began working as the NextGen Regional Program Manager for DOT/FAA. Later, they joined the Federal Aviation Administration as the director of the Systems Management Facility, where they achieved ISO 20000 certification and managed various programs and contracts. In 2008, they started working for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) as the Senior Manager of the Enterprise Operations Center. Regina then held several roles within the FBI, including Senior Manager of Transition Management and Senior Manager of the Enterprise License Agreement Program. Regina also served as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor and Facilitator for the FBI Leadership Development Program. Regina N. obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Aviation Sciences and Adult Education from Oklahoma State University, where they studied from 2003 to 2005.
