Rafael Pinterich

Rafael Pinterich is an experienced human resources leader with a strong background in overseeing HR functions at multinational corporations. Currently serving as the VP of HR Worldwide at Tupperware Brands since August 2021, Rafael is responsible for managing the global HR organization and supporting various business units. Prior to this, Rafael held multiple leadership roles at Anheuser-Busch InBev from June 2013 to August 2021, including Global VP of People for Z-Tech Ventures and Global Head of People for Technology and Analytics. With a foundation in HR and business operations spanning across regions and sectors, Rafael has effectively supported HR initiatives in technology innovation and corporate functions. Rafael's educational background includes an MBA in Marketing from ESPM and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas.
