Ralph Lavin

Ralph Lavin is an experienced business leader with a focus on sales and market expansion, currently serving as VP of Business Expansion at Tupperware since August 2020, with previous roles including Senior Business Expansion Director for Emerging and Turnaround Markets and Senior Director of Business Expansion. Prior to Tupperware, Ralph Lavin spent over 18 years at Newell Brands, progressing through various positions such as Senior Sales Manager for multiple business segments including the Caribbean, Central America, and export markets, managing significant P&L responsibilities across diverse product lines.
