Hiren Pathak is an experienced data scientist and team lead with a strong background in machine learning and data analysis. Currently serving as the Team Lead at Turabit LLC since January 2021, Hiren has achieved a 20% increase in automatic resolution of Level-1 and Level-2 tickets by implementing a customized NLP engine. Previously, Hiren worked at Frendy, focusing on pricing optimization and demand forecasting, and made significant predictions in network effects using the SIR model. At Turing Analytics, notable accomplishments included achieving 80% classification accuracy in data science projects.
