Leo Desrosiers has had a diverse range of work experience in the baking industry. Leo started their career as a Director of Operations at My Bread Baking Company in 1996. Leo then joined Hostess Brands in 2004 as a Plant Manager, where they stayed until 2008. In 2008, they moved on to become a Plant Manager at Turano Baking Company until 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they served as the S.E. Regional Manager at Turano Baking Company. Finally, since 2014, Leo has held the position of Vice President of Operations at Turano Baking Company.

Leo Desrosiers attended the AIB, but the specific timeline of their education is unknown. Leo later enrolled at Southeastern Mass University in 1978 and completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in 1982.
