Ivan Cakarevic

Ivan Cakarevic is the Managing Partner at Turaquadra, a real estate investment and advisory company specializing in mixed-use developments. Ivan also has experience as the Founder of Rooftop Capital, a real estate investment company. Previously, Ivan served as the Head of Business Development and Sales at Belgrade Waterfront and as the Business Development Director at Porto Montenegro. Ivan has a strong background in finance and holds an MBA in Finance from Emory University.
