Russell Starr

Russell Starr is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the aerospace and services industries. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at TES since December 2013 and Killick Aerospace Group since May 2006, Russell has demonstrated strong leadership capabilities. Previously, Russell held the position of Executive Vice President at Vector Aerospace from May 1998 to May 2006, and served as General Manager at GE Engine Services between 1996 and 1998. Early career roles include Program Manager at Dallas Airmotive from 1995 to 1996 and Aviall from 1988 to 1995. Russell holds an MBA in Business from The University of Dallas and a BS in Business and Finance from the University of Northern Colorado.
