Jim Beckett

Jim Beckett has extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles within the energy sector. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at TOPS Field Services, LLC since 2011, Jim has previously held the position of Plant Director at Direct Energy from 2007 to 2010. Early career roles include various engineering positions at Calpine from 1997 to 2007, a Turbine Engineer at Enron in 1996-1997, and a Field Engineer at GE from 1990 to 1996. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology from Texas Tech University, obtained from 1984 to 1989.
