Yash Sharma

Yash Sharma is an undergraduate student at Duke University pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, with extensive involvement in leadership and advocacy roles. Currently, Yash serves as an Undergraduate Public Policy Ambassador and the East Campus Council Director of Administration and Communication. Additional roles include Senator of Academic Affairs for Duke Student Government and Consulting Associate for the Global Research and Consulting Group. Previous experience includes internships at Abbott, focusing on data analysis and corporate audits, and co-founding the Gurnee Youth Leadership Initiative to support youth advocacy and local businesses. Yash has represented student interests on various boards, including the Warren Township High School District 121 School Board and the Illinois State Board of Education's Equity Team, while also leading numerous initiatives in career and technical education advocacy.
