Sharanya Narayan

Sharanya Narayan is an experienced professional in the field of People and Culture, currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Turbostart since September 2022. Prior to this role, Sharanya held positions as Lead-People, Culture and Brand Evangelist at nbyula from February to July 2022, and Assistant Manager of Organizational Development at Shangrila Corporate Services from September 2021 to January 2022. Sharanya's career in human resources began at the National Skill Development Corporation, where the role of Human Resources Executive was held from November 2017 to September 2021. Sharanya holds a Master’s Degree in Organisational Psychiatry and Psychology from King's College London and a BA Honours in Applied Psychology from Amity University.
