Marcelo Monteiro

Marcelo Monteiro has worked in a variety of roles in the technology industry since 2014. Marcelo began their career as a Trainee at Consultoria e Projetos Elétricos Júnior, where they gained experience in financial management, trade representation, technology consulting, and social responsibility coordination. In 2015, they collaborated with Núcleo UFMG Jr. on two projects, Conexão StartUp and Sempre - Semana Empreendedora. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at codeBuddy as Technology Head and School Unit Manager, teaching kids how to code and managing the didactic content of a network of schools. In 2020, they joined Studio Sol as a Mobile Engineer, developing products and providing the best experiences for those who love music. In 2021, they became a Senior Mobile Engineer at White Tents and currently holds the position of Senior Software Engineer at TurboTenant.

Marcelo Monteiro began their educational career in 2011 when they obtained a Faixa Marrom in Karatê from the Confederação Brasileira de Karate. In 2012, they received a certificate in Oratória from Senac. In 2014, Marcelo obtained a CAE certificate from the Cambridge English Language Assessment, as well as a certificate in Excel Avançado from the Fundação de Desenvolvimento da Pesquisa - FUNDEP and a certificate in Escolas Empreendedoras from the Brasil Júnior - Confederação Brasileira de Empresas Juniores. In 2015, they received a certificate in II Seminário Engenheiro do Futuro from the Escola de Engenhara UFMG. In 2016, Marcelo earned a certificate in Laboratório de Lideres from the Fundação Estudar and a certificate in Flair Bartender from Working Flair Bartenders. Marcelo is currently attending the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, pursuing a degree in Robotics, Control and Automation Engineering, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Marcelo previously attended Colégio Bernoulli and obtained a High School degree in 2013.
