Sara Capra

Sara Capra has held various roles in the professional world since 2010. Sara began their career as an intern for U.S. Senator Mark Udall (D-CO) and then moved on to become a Human Resources Intern for the United Nations Foundation. Sara then worked as a Graduate Assistant for the Daniels College of Business and a Fraud Prevention Unit Intern for the Embassy of the United States in Lima, Peru. In 2012, they held two positions at the CEB - Business Development Associate and Business Development Specialist. Sara then moved on to the United Nations Foundation as a Senior Associate and Associate of Global Partnerships. In 2014, they co-founded Orate, where they served as the Chief Commercial Officer. From 2018 to 2020, they held various roles at Techtonic, Inc., including Senior Product and Team Manager, Product & Team Manager, Product Manager, and Software Development Program. Most recently, they have been a Senior Product Manager at ToolWatch and TurboTenant.

Sara Capra has a diverse educational background. Sara completed a Software Development Program at Techtonic Apprenticeship, a UX Design course at General Assembly, and a Mastering Design Thinking Executive Program at Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2021. Sara also holds an International MBA from the University of Denver, a BSBA Magna Cum Laude from the same university with a major in Marketing and a minor in International Studies. In addition, they completed a Project Management course at Project Management Academy in 2017, a United Nations course at Seton Hall University in 2010, an International Business course at Weber State University in 2009, and a Marketing course at Universidad Pablo de Olavide in 2008. Her educational background is complemented by certifications such as an Advanced Spanish Certificate from the International Language Institute, a Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance, a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute, and a TEFL certification. Sara also graduated from Northglenn High School.
