Jesús Somonte Camacho

Jesús Somonte Camacho has extensive experience in the tourism industry, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Advisors at Destinations Circle since January 2022, where responsibilities include administration and budget management. Since September 2018, Jesús has worked in Marketing, PR & MICE at Tourspain, executing operational plans for the Regional Ministry of Tourism and managing corporate applications. Previous roles include Junior Project Manager at Madrid Destino, where project monitoring and KPI review were key tasks, and a Tourist Information Officer at Adecco Outsourcing. Other experience encompasses Press & PR at Tourspain, Travel Manager for the Fundación de Casas Históricas y Singulares, and Front Desk Receptionist at Paradores. Jesús holds a degree in Tourism from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, attained between 2008 and 2014.
