Matt Crowley

Matt Crowley has extensive work experience in the lawn care industry. Matt started their career at TruGreen in 2001, where they held various roles including Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Representative, Sales and Marketing Manager, and General Manager. In 2012, they joined The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company as a District Sales Manager, where they managed a team and oversaw sales and marketing functions for the Lawn Service division in Georgia. In 2017, they moved to Turf Masters Lawn Care, initially serving as a Regional Sales Manager and then as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Development. In 2023, they joined Turf Masters Brands as the Director of Talent Acquisition.

Matt Crowley attended Tennessee Technological University from 1995 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Agricultural Business and Management. Matt also holds a certification in SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty from SHRM, which was obtained in 2023.
