Tracy Kreiter

Tracy Kreiter has a wide range of work experience in the hospitality industry. Tracy started their career at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort in 2003, where they worked in restaurant management for one year. Tracy then moved on to Turf Valley Hotel, where they held various positions including General Manager of Alexandra's Restaurant, Sales Catering Manager, and Meetings Express and Convention Services Manager from 2004 to 2011. In 2011, they joined Sheraton Annapolis Hotel as a Sales Manager for a year. Tracy then returned to Turf Valley Resort in 2012, where they worked in multiple roles such as Corporate Account Executive, Director of Group Sales, and currently as the Director of Sales. Tracy has demonstrated a strong track record in sales and management throughout their career.

Tracy Kreiter has pursued various educational experiences throughout their professional career. Tracy studied Hospitality Management at Allegany College of Maryland, indicating their interest in the hospitality industry. Tracy also obtained a Certified Hospitality Sales and Marketing degree from the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute, emphasizing their commitment to advancing their skills in sales and marketing within the hospitality sector. Additionally, they acquired an Attract, Hire, Inspire and Retain Certification from HR ANEW, demonstrating their dedication to personnel management and employee engagement. Tracy further expanded their skillset by completing a course titled "How to Disarm and Defuse Conflict and Confrontation" at Rockhurst University Continuing Education, focusing on conflict resolution techniques. Tracy also undertook a course in Microsoft Excel at the same institution, indicating their commitment to improving their proficiency in data analysis and spreadsheet management. Finally, Tracy completed their secondary education at Laurel High School, which served as their foundational education.
