Smriti Saha has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Smriti'smost recent role is as a Customer Success Manager at Turito Inc. starting in February 2021. Prior to that, they worked at OYO as a Business Development Manager from August 2019 to January 2020, where they successfully strategized and scaled up business operations in a new market. Before OYO, Smriti worked at eParivahan as a Business Development Manager from February 2019 to August 2019, where they played a role in creating the business flow process and negotiated with prospective clients. Smriti also has experience as an Investor Relations Manager at Franchise India Brands Limited from May 2017 to February 2019, where they developed franchisees, managed key accounts, and achieved quarterly KPIs. Smriti's earlier experience includes working as a Business Development Manager at Felicity Retails from June 2015 to April 2017, where they monitored overall seller performance and led a team to fulfill orders.

Smriti Saha attended St. Xavier's College (Autonomous), Kolkata from 2015 to 2016, where they pursued a degree in mass communication & public relations. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2015, they studied at Calcutta University, Kolkata, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies. During the same period, they also attended Shri Shikshayatan College and completed a BA honors program in Mass Communication/Media Studies.
