Raşit Gülseven

Raşit Gülseven, PMP, CISA has a diverse work experience in the field of IT strategy, governance, data management, and auditing. Raşit currently holds the position of IT Strategy and Governance Director at Turk Eximbank. Before that, they served as the Data Management and Reporting Portfolio Manager at Ziraat Teknoloji A.Ş from 2016 to 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Data Governance Manager at Ziraat Bankası in 2015. Raşit also had a role as a Project Manager at Ziraat Teknoloji in 2015. Raşit started their career as an Information Technologies Auditor at Ziraat Bankası in 2010, where they primarily focused on auditing banking processes and performing CobIT audits. Raşit also assessed the risks related to the bank's information systems. In 2009, they worked as a Stajyer Yazılım Mühendisi (Software Engineer Intern) at HAVELSAN.

Raşit Gülseven completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University from 2005 to 2010. Raşit also pursued a Master's degree in Cybersecurity from Bahcesehir University. In terms of certifications, they obtained the PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in 2015 and the CISA certification from ISACA in 2014. Additionally, they acquired an AUDITOR/LEAD AUDITOR certification in ISO 27001:2005 in 2013.
