Omondi Everlyne

Research Affiliate at Turkana Basin Institute

Omondi Everlyne is currently serving as a Teaching Assistant at the University at Albany, SUNY, since August 2022, while also functioning as a Research Affiliate for the Lothagam Research Project at the Turkana Basin Institute. Previous roles include Research Assistant and Curator, where responsibilities encompassed data management, report writing, and paleontological fieldwork. Omondi's experience includes volunteering and interning at the National Museums of Kenya and various research projects, focusing on paleontological and geological surveys. Education includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Physical and Biological Anthropology and a Master of Arts in Anthropology from the University at Albany, along with an Advanced Diploma in Paleoanthropology and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from Maasai Mara University.
